Salisbury Steak w/Mushroom Gravy, Boiled Potatoes, and Steamed Veggies

I found the Salisbury Steak on . It was SO GOOD! The gravy was rich and creamy and the steaks were perfectly cooked! We added a little more meat than it calls and made seen patties, don’t be afraid, there’s PLENTY of gravy to go around. For the potatoes, we simply sliced some russet potatoes and boiled them until tender. With some mushroom sauce drizzled on top, they were divine. For the last side, we chose some steamed veggies: yellow and green squash, carrots, red bell pepper, asparagus, and onions. They tasted elegantly spicy and were wonderfully tender. I highly recommend this as an easy Friday Night Dinner! Splendid!
